　　MSV、MSX、MSL、MSH、MSK、MSJHF、MSD、MSY八大系列静态器是目前国内新型先进的混合设备，它广泛适用于液-液、液-固、液-气、气-气的混合、乳化、吸收、萃取、反应、强化传热等过程，是化工、石油化工、医药、农药、食品、合成纤维、塑料、环保、矿冶、造纸、煤气等部门的理想混合设备，具有应用范围广、操作弹性大、流程简单、结构合算、投资少、能耗低、见效快，特别适用于难混合的连续工艺过程等优点。
　　MSV、MSX、MSL、MSH、MSK、MSJHF、MSD、MSY eight series static mixers are the most advanced equipment in China at present.They are widely used in the follow process such as mixing,emulsifing,absorbing,extracting,reacting and enforced transforing heat for liquid with liquid,liquid with solid,liquid with gas,gas with gas.So they are ideal equipment in chemical imdustry,pertroleum chemical industry,phamacy,farm chemical industry,foods-tuff industry , symthetic fibre industry plastic industry,environmental protection,mining industry,paper making in-dustry,coal gas industry.The products are imbued with many advantages such as wider applying area,biger ope-rating elasticity,simpler process reasonable construction,fewer investment,lower energy consumption and quic-kly achieving benefit and so on. MSV	适用于粘度≤10²厘泊的液～液、液～气、气～气的混合乳化、反应、吸收、萃取、强化传热过程。 dh≤3.5适用于粘度≤10²厘泊清洁介质。dh≥5应用介质可伴有少量非粘性杂质。	最高分散程度1～2μm，液～液相不均匀度系数≤1～5%
MSX	适用于粘度≤10⁴厘泊的中高粘度液～液反应、混合、吸收过程或生产高聚物流体的混合、反应过程，处理量较大时使用效果更佳。	混合不均匀度系数最高分散程度1-2um液-液相不均匀系数。≤5％
MSL MSY	适用于化工、石油、油脂等行业，粘度≤10⁵厘泊或伴有高聚物介质的混合，同时进行传热、混合和传热反应的热交换、加热或冷却粘性产品等单元操作。	液～液、液～固相混合不均匀度系数≤5％
MSH	适用于精细化工、塑料、合成纤维、矿冶等部门的混合、乳化、配色、注塑纺丝、传热等过程，对流量小、混合要求高的中高粘度（10⁴厘泊）的清洁介质尤为适合。	最高分散程度1～2um，液～液相不均匀度系数≤1-5％
MSK MSD	适用于化工、石油、制药、食品、精细化工、塑料、环保、合成纤维、矿冶等部门的混合、反应、萃取、吸收、注塑、配色、传热等过程。	最高分散程度≤10μm，液～液、液～固相不均匀度系数≤5％
MSJHF	适用于高粘度介质(3000厘泊)的热交换和聚合反应。	传热分系数比普通列管换热器提高到4-5倍，比板式换热器提高到2倍。
